NATIONALS:
North Orlando Rowing (NOR), formerly Power Ten Rowing Club, had it's best 
finish ever at USRowing Youth Nationals! Lindsay Larson and Jenny 
Frese raced well in the Woman's Pair B Final, posting their fastest time   ever, beating one of the boats that beat them at Southeast Regionals and finishing 10th in the Nation! Congratulations ladies!!

SOUTHEAST REGIONALS:
 NOR competed at the South East Regional Regatta and returned home with the best results in the teams history! Saturdays racing was fast! All of our Boats had good races and they all progressed to the Semi Finals or Reps!! After all the heats, reps, and semis were over NOR had the Woman's Novice 4, Men's Novice 4, Woman's JV 4, Men's JV 4 and 2 Woman's Pairs advancing to the Grand Finals, representing some of the fastest boats in the South East!

Sunday's Grand Finals were awesome! The Woman's Novice 4 had an 
impressive race and took home NOR's FIRST EVER Woman's medal from the South East Regional Regatta. They brought back the Silver Medal! The Men's JV4 had a great race as well, coming from behind and walking through 2 boats to take home the Bronze Medal - the 
third ever Men's Regional medal for the team. NOR had two Women's Pairs represented in the Grand Final and had one of them finish with an impressive 3rd which not only got them the Bronze Medal but also the teams first ever Woman's [Sweep] Youth Nationals bid! 

While NOR experienced its most  successful year ever, through their hard work and committment,  the team built a great foundation for an even more successful seasons to come!   Check out our 2011-2012 Results here.
